Langhe Dolcetto DOC Vintage 2023
Tasting Notes
Dolcetto, a typical variety of Piedmont, is characterized by small clusters with purple colour and blue tones.
It can be defined a wine for everyday consumption, i.e. a wine to accompany everyday meals.
The wine shows a ruby red colour with purplish reflexed.
The scent is reminiscent of the aromatic notes of red fruits, such as plums, soft fruits, and strawberry.
Balanced, not tannic, with a slightly marked acidity at the palate.
Pleasant match with the typical recipe s of the tradition of Piedmont such as starters made with veal: veal with tuna fish sauce, raw meat, as well as the typical agnolotti del plin (stuffed ravioli).
